EnLien / Trackers

Which tracker should I choose?

EnLien is designed to give context to data from devices people already wear. The best choice starts with the person who will wear it.

A tracker does not need to be perfect to be useful. Comfort, battery life, habits, and available data matter more than a universal ranking.

Supported today: Fitbit

Fitbit is the only ecosystem EnLien supports today, within the controlled pilot. Depending on the model, how it is worn, permissions, and data quality, EnLien can follow:

  • sleep and sleep stages;
  • steps and activity;
  • resting heart rate;
  • heart-rate variability (HRV);
  • blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂);
  • respiratory rate.

Specific metric availability varies by model, provider, permissions, and data quality.

On the roadmap, not yet supported

Garmin, Withings, Apple Health, Android Health Connect, and Oura are planned or under evaluation. Evaluation is not a promise of an integration or release date.

How to choose

Willingness to wear it

The best device is often the one that remains comfortable to wear, day after day.

Simplicity

Consider the phone, notifications, and setup the person genuinely wants to manage.

Comfort and charging

Form factor, band comfort, and battery life all affect consistent wear.

Signals and expectations

Check the available signals, phone compatibility, and any subscription expectations.
